We offer our customers with hassle free Returns policy of 7 Days Return. Our first priority is customer satisfaction and if you have any issue with the product we are here to help you out with the solution. We adhere to our strong service policy to ensure high quality product and service delivered to you in case if you are not satisfied with our service you are eligible for a return.
If Customer received damage or defective product you are eligible for return of product.
Customer received unit other than what they ordered.

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or is defective, YOU MUST provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. Stunner Fitness will replace the defective/ damaged part of the product with in a short span of time.

Return Pickup

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product and Complete product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible. All components in the box received during the time of delivery must be present during the pickup.

Unused Product : The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Shipment should include all the original items as manual, tool kit, warranty card and any gifts

Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Stunner fitness.


We will process the refund after receipt of the product. All refunds will be routed through original payment gateway. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 5-6 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
In case of Cash on delivery orders, your refund shall be credited to the bank account number provided by you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return.
In case, your return has been accepted, the refund amount will be processed immediately.
A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-6 working days.


Most of our treadmills comes with 100-95% assembled state. We also provide Tools & fittings in the box for
DIY disassemble and Assemble. Even Customer can opt for our onsite service support all across India. For any other service support our technician would reach onsite within 48-72 Hours on customer cost . We also provide Free Installation Assistance to customers via Installation guide Videos / Video call assistance from our Technical Experts or on-call support all across India. We have Pan India service and support. However some of our Models are heavier and bulky in size therefore  Free Doorstep Installation will be applied for Models STX-330, STX-365, STX-350
